Any new service levels which are added to the current store shall also be subject to the Refund Policy. You can review the most current version of the Refund Policy at any time on this page. We reserve the right to update, change or replace any part of these Refund Policy by posting updates and/or changes to our website. It is your responsibility to check this page periodically for changes. Your continued use of or access to the website following the posting of any changes constitutes acceptance of those changes.

All collectibles submissions made through our services for grading are subject to this refund policy. Once a card has entered the grading process, no refunds will be provided unless the grading company rejects the card.

1. CASH REFUND

If you opts for a cash refund, 75% of the grading costs will be refunded to account for our administrative fees.

2. VOUCHER REFUND

If you opt to re-grade the card with a different grading company, a full refund will be provided in the form of a voucher applicable towards the re-grading.
