Club Concept is expanding our team to bring our brand to the next level in SEA and to the global stage. We are building the future of the trading card and collectibles ecosystem. Under Club Concept, we have:

• Concept City, our brick and mortar retail store located at 139 Jalan Besar, Singapore 208857. This is where all wonders happen.
• Club Concept LIVE, our daily TikTok Live Stream.
• Concept Grading, our official PSA Authorized Dealer collectibles submission platform.

Responsibilities

• Liaise with streamers to plan live-streaming schedules and oversee TikTok live-streaming with a data-driven approach.
• Work on grading operations during peak period and manage part-timers with grading operations.
• Study the trend of the collectible markets and stay up to date to prices of singles.
• Grow yourself and build your career in this extremely lean and high-paced startup environment.
• Assist founders on special projects that will bring Club Concept to the next level on Global stage.
• Opportunity to develop overseas markets and manage projects beyond the borders of Singapore.

Qualifications

• Customer centric and have a sense of providing good customer service.
• Well-verse with technology and uses it to empower your work.
• Have good logical thinking on how business operations works.
• Experienced in project management either in school or in some form of working environment.
• Able to communicate well and fluently cross-functionally and externally.
• Having knowledge on trading card collectibles is a HUGE plus.
• Diploma or Degree fresh graduates are welcome to apply.
